How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.

Does CRAFTD jewelry come with a warranty?

Yes, all our jewelry is backed by a Lifetime Warranty. If your piece fades, breaks, or loses its shine through normal wear, we will replace it free of charge.

How should I care for my jewelry?

While our pieces are highly durable, we recommend wiping them with a soft microfibre cloth after wear to remove skin oils. Avoid direct contact with harsh chemicals or heavy perfumes to maintain the gold plating's longevity.
